Special order items can only be ordered as follows;

·         Special order items will only be sold in case quantities only.

·         Special order items are non returnable.

·         Special order items may have a lead-time of 4 to 6 weeks

·         Once an order for a special item has been placed, the order can not be canceled or changed for any reason.
